Aria Portland Dry Gin and Portland Bitters Project partner with Independent Restaurant Alliance of Oregon to Build Support For Local Restaurants & Bars.

Craft producers and the Oregon Bartenders Guild craft cocktails to help the Independent Restaurant Alliance of Oregon fund advocacy efforts

Beginning, Friday, October 30th and continuing through Thursday, November 5th Oregon Bartenders Guild Member bars and restaurants are dedicating the sales of specialty crafted cocktails featuring Aria Portland Dry Gin and Portland Bitters Project to raise funds to support advocacy efforts for local restaurants struggling to stay open due to the COVID-19 crisis.

“Oregon’s favorite neighborhood bars and restaurants are struggling. They desperately need the Oregon Legislature to get back to work and provide support with programs like Cocktails to Go” Cindy Capparelli, owner of Portland Bitters Project  "Independent Restaurant and Bars are an important part of the fabric of Oregon’s communities and our economy.  And without immediate help they will close their doors forever. They provide thousands of jobs, and we're proud to support our friends in the culinary community and the Independent Restaurant Alliance as they work to keep these small businesses open.”

From October 30th to November 5th, diners can support this effort by asking for the IRAO special cocktail featuring Aria Portland Dry Gin and/or Portland Bitters Project, participants include:

Aria Portland Dry Gin is distilled by hand in the heart of Northwest Portland, Oregon. Aria is a classic English inspired gin made using traditional British ingredients and distillation techniques and is true to the London Dry style. The recipe for Aria was developed over the course of four years and hundreds of test distillations. Aria is handmade and batch distilled with ten classic gin botanicals that were carefully chosen to create a flavor profile that has depth and complexity, but above all a perfect sense of balance.
